| | Baby Eggplants (Berenjenas Adobadas)
Cultivated In: Cuidad Real
Size/Color: Tiny eggplants are earthy-green and are about 4” in
length with the appearance of “a claw”..
Harvested: September
Tasting Notes: Meaty and smooth with no seeds. Pairs well with cheese!
Unbelievable texture of eggplant with a smooth taste
cured with oil and vinegar.

| | Banderitas
Cultivated In: Granada
Size/Color:A small, 3” plastic skewer – multicolor and fun
appearance. Authentic “tapa” from Andalucia.
Tasting Notes: A tapas sensation. Eating this at once is the key, you will
experience the following flavors: sweet (red pepper), crunchy
(cornichon), hot (guindilla pepper) and mild (cebollita/olive). A
sensory delight that continues to be the rave in Spain. A
perfect match with beer and cheese.

| | Pepinillos
Cultivated In: Northern Spain
Size/Color:Micro size. Early harvest and green in color. Not your
typical cornichone!
Tasting Notes:The pepinillos are not sweet, they are cured in vinegar and
“pop” when eaten. They are perfect on their own or as a tapa.
Others prefer to dice and eat with a fine pate or foie gras.

| | Caperberries
Cultivated In: Malaga (Southeast Spain)
Size/Color:Micro/Small size. Early harvest.
Harvested: August
Tasting Notes: Most people claim this is the best caperberry they have ever
tasted. Small, un-pasteurized with no “seeds” or “graininess”,
this ingredient is perfect for fish, salad, a sauce vierge or
simply on its own as a healthy snack.

Size/Color:Multicolored olive and vegetable cocktail mix.

Tasting Notes:The ultimate tapa. This unpasteurized mix is packed with flavor
